Aloha, I’m Maya!
Storytelling has always been at the heart of what I do. From the moment I picked up my first camera as a child, I was drawn to capturing the moments, emotions, and connections that make a story come alive.
Before launching Maui Content, I spent years as a photographer and content creator, curating visual campaigns for brands and organizations including SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker and The Metropolitan Opera. After getting married on Maui, I experienced firsthand how meaningful behind-the-scenes content can be. The candid, in-between moments quickly became some of my most cherished memories, inspiring me to create that same experience for others.
Today, I specialize in social-first storytelling for weddings, brands, and events, capturing the authentic energy, genuine emotions, and unforgettable moments that often happen behind-the-scenes.
